An apian's case in point

Must offer my congratulations to Mr.P.G for rightfully bringing out the discrepancies (on 2nd Spt 2006) in the IIITian system.

It is true that the IIITian standard has fallen .Aeons ago, the ug2k2 batch had seen the last of the family feeling, of traditional events like No computers' day, a time when things like the IIIT formation day were truly relished ....

And now many students have become nothing more than laid back , web-surfing , computer-gaming entities who do nothing more than sit (perhaps even shit) in front of their PCs.
Anyway I wouldn't really blame students.

You see ... the powers of observation of even a layman would point a finger at the infinitely self-respecting big shots of IIIT-H.

For example , Prof.KK does nothing more than lay down rules.Inspite of his extraordinarily achieved manifesto of qualifications , all he is equivalent to is a bad bus-conductor in the APSRTC. A person who doesn't even realize that rules should be followed in spirit , that rules are for the convenience of the people in the campus and not for pig-f***in' them behind his cover of being the D of IIIT-H.

Example : The rate of IIITian standard's downfall (accept it fellows ...accept it at least now) has in fact increased.

Next the person who creates a sense of being a mystique just for the sense of an all-pervading power !!! Prof.RS whose JV-argument is nothing more than a lame excuse for his failures.One person whose calm self-conceitedness reached such proportions in recent years that he holds many an FSIS just for formality's sake.He gives his "IIIT-H is a research institute" argument as another lame excuse for the falling placement processes (dont go by numbers!! The higher avg. salaries each year is just because of overall inflation . But the number in the lower salary margin keeps deplorably increasing.)

And then Prof.G the ever-talkative, wise-cracking, wisdom-talking person.Well! Nothing much to be said but he was a more humanistic D than Prof.KK ,at least from the students' point of view.

But then , he was so concerned about preserving Indian culture and blames the girls for the Independence day celebrations' oddities!If he is so concerned why doesn't he justify by giving the students guidelines on how a national celebration should be (i.e., before the event and not after it).Surely, his vast repertoire of experience, knowledge and wisdom would be more helpful if he sends a mail giving guide-lines at least a day before the event.And practically speaking , they bear no shit if he decides to play the nagging elder instead , so that he can continue to waste his lecture hours , talking in gay abandon !!!

And because of his lecture-time shows, this kind of stupidity(like the recent boys' and girls' spat) happens in a batch instead of any iota of constuctive progress.
